Can you brand the cups and the matcha cart?
Yes, we can brand both the cups and the matcha cart. This can include branded hot cups, branded iced cups, cup stickers, cart panels, menus and signage.
For printed cups and cart branding, we usually recommend allowing 10 to 15 working days once the artwork is approved. If your event is sooner, branded stickers may be a faster option depending on the brief.
What artwork do you need for branding?
The best format is a high-resolution PDF with your logo, colours and any required artwork ready for print.
If you have vector files such as AI, EPS or SVG, these are also helpful. Before anything goes into production, we can create a mock-up so you can see how the branded cups or matcha cart will look.
Do you have templates for cups and carts?
Yes, we can provide templates where needed.
Our standard cups are usually 12oz, which works well for hot matcha, iced matcha and matcha latte service. Our carts are more bespoke because each activation can be styled differently, but we can provide a cart branding template once we know which setup is being used.
Do you need payment before branding starts?
Yes, payment is required before branded items go into production.
This is because printed cups, cart panels, stickers and other branded materials are custom-made for your event. Once they are approved and produced, they cannot usually be reused for another client. Payment also helps us secure production, stock, staffing and logistics for your booking.
Why are matcha bar hire prices bespoke?
Our prices are bespoke because each event has different requirements.
The final cost depends on the event location, number of drinks, service time, staffing, branding, setup access and whether the booking is local, nationwide or international. Once we have your date, venue, guest numbers and branding brief, we can recommend the most suitable package.
Do you require water or plumbing on site?
No, our matcha bars are fully self-sufficient. We bring our own water supply and waste systems, so no plumbing is required.
